01. About Cargo Passage

Cargo Passage is the trading brand of Cargo Passage Logistics, a Ghana-based B2B logistics company providing and coordinating commercial transport solutions.

Company: Cargo Passage Logistics
Website: CargoPassage.com

References in these terms to "Cargo Passage", "we", "us" or "our" mean Cargo Passage Logistics.

References to "you" or "your" mean any person or organisation accessing or using this website.

02. Purpose of This Website

This website provides information about Cargo Passage and our services and allows businesses and other users to contact us, submit transport requirements and apply to become transport partners.

Information on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes.

The availability, price and suitability of any transport service will depend on the specific requirements of each movement and must be confirmed separately by Cargo Passage.

03. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • submit information that you know to be false, misleading or fraudulent;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or data;

  • introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material;

  • interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website;

  • use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Cargo Passage or any third party; or

  • use information obtained through the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict or prevent access to the website where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Transport Requests and Quotations

04. Submitting a Transport Request

The Request Transport form allows you to provide Cargo Passage with details of a potential transport requirement.

When submitting a request, you should provide complete and accurate information, including where applicable:

  • cargo description;

  • quantity and approximate weight;

  • dimensions;

  • collection location;

  • destination;

  • required collection date;

  • vehicle or equipment requirements; and

  • any special handling, access or operational requirements.

We may contact you for further information before providing a quotation or confirming whether we can arrange the requested transport.

05. A Transport Request Is Not a Booking

Submitting a transport request through this website does not create a confirmed booking or require Cargo Passage to provide transport services.

A request is an enquiry until Cargo Passage confirms the transport arrangement and the applicable commercial terms have been accepted.

Availability may change between the time an enquiry is submitted and the time a transport arrangement is confirmed.

06. Quotations

Any quotation provided by Cargo Passage will be based on the information available to us at the time it is prepared.

A quotation may specify:

  • the transport service;

  • price;

  • validity period;

  • payment requirements;

  • assumptions;

  • exclusions; and

  • other applicable conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not itself guarantee vehicle availability or constitute confirmation of a transport booking.

If the information provided to us changes or proves materially inaccurate or incomplete, we may revise or withdraw the quotation before a booking is confirmed.

Any additional services or requirements outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges, which will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

07. Confirmation of Transport Services

A transport arrangement becomes confirmed only when Cargo Passage has expressly confirmed the booking or service in writing and any applicable requirements for confirmation have been satisfied.

Confirmation may be communicated electronically, including by email or other business communication channels used by Cargo Passage.

Specific transport services may also be subject to separate customer terms, quotation terms, service agreements or other conditions communicated before or at the time of confirmation.

Where separate terms apply to a particular transport service, those terms will govern that service in addition to these Website Terms & Conditions.

08. Transport Availability

Transport availability is subject to factors including vehicle availability, route, cargo requirements, collection and delivery locations, operating conditions and other logistical considerations.

Cargo Passage does not guarantee that suitable transport will be available for every request submitted through the website.

Where appropriate, we may use independent transport providers or other logistics partners to fulfil or support transport requirements.

09. Information Provided by Customers

The quality and accuracy of the information you provide can affect our ability to quote for and arrange transport.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and for notifying us promptly of any material changes.

This includes information concerning the nature, quantity, weight, dimensions, condition or special characteristics of the cargo and any relevant collection, delivery, access or handling requirements.

Cargo Passage may rely on information supplied by you when assessing, quoting for or arranging a transport requirement.

Materially inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a revised quotation, delay, inability to perform the requested service or additional reasonable costs.
